So I'm brand new to the task of replacing things inside of cassette decks, and the one I'm trying to accomplish is this 1982 Sanyo RD S21 model cassette deck that I rescued from the inside of my father's old house. I'd say it hasn't been used since the mid 1990s or so. When I got it, I found that the original belt had been very soft/melted on, so I had to clean all of that up.
After nearly two months of wrong orders and runarounds, I've finally ordered a flat belt set that will contain the correct belt for this cassette deck. The problem is, this one looks like one of the more complicated ones to deal with. I don't have a service manual, so can anyone give me advice on what I need to do based on the attachments?
