Hello, I just came here for some help fixing my CD player but this is obviously such a great resource, and I'm enough of an audiophile, I'll need to remember to poke my head in again!
I use a Denon stereo receiver outputting through a pair of Klipsch SB-2 bookshelf speakers and really enjoy how it sounds, it's been my setup for 20 years now. My sources are usually my computer but I also have a Project Debut III running through a NAD pre-amp and a Marantz 6006 CD player. The Marantz really gives the best sound of my sources, the limiting factor in the phonograph seems to be the NAD but it's good enough to spin my small record collection from time to time. The hi-fi system is a luxury and not a necessity so I'm probably not investing in it for the time being, but it's one of my favorite luxuries so I'm happy to have help repairing it and know there's a like-minded community of music heads and audio nerds here!
Anyway that's my introduction, I may not become a regular visitor but I plan to remember this place when I have questions about my audio equipment!
