Yes, that's a scam. That's his ad, word for word. No one would sell a working 9090DB for a quarter of market value, AND would offer to ship a gigantic receiver. If that were real it would have turned into an auction or been sold in the first twenty minutes. A BROKEN 9090DB can sell for over a grand on eBay.
