Schematics for Allen 20 or Allen 40?

I picked up an Allen #20 amplifier a while back and I'm search of some schematics. On the signal side, it's exactly half of the Allen 40, so schematics for that should work, but the power supply is definitely different. If anyone has the schematics or can point me to a potential source of them, I'd appreciate it. I did send a couple of emails to the service dept at Allen Organ but have yet to get any response.

Ask and you shall receive. Allen's service email actually didn't bounce this time, and I got a prompt reply today. If anyone is curious, I can post it and some pictures.

Nice looking amp - Williamson circuit? One sold online for $150 a few days ago so at least getting a mate doesn't look to be too much $$$ (for a tube amp that is).
 
I don't know what type of circuit it is. I saw the one on ebay, which was a slightly different format but shared the same componentry. I was talking on the phone and missed my opportunity to try to snipe it. They typically sell in the 200-225 range.
 
Hey D, I just found myself one of the 20's. I only hope it's in as nice of condition as yours when I get it.

Together we could provide a great tube stereo effort :D

I've never seen two Allen amps built exactly the same way. They were worse than Sherwood about changing things up midstream, but I think it was always an improvement. I hope to get Paul's 75s done electrically this weekend. Lots of room for improvements in those power supplies.:yes:
