I was one of the first 10 people in door, but not there for those components which were not very exciting if you ask me. And that HK is solid state, right? All we marked high. Records were better than expected, solid rock titles in mostly nice shape. Most of the better modern design stuff was grabbed by a local 1stdibs dealer.

You are correct sir! Based on the physical resemblance to the tube Citations, I thought it was tubed but the lettering is clearly later HK.

I thought the Thorens and KLH would be of interest to some. Thanks for reporting back!

When the one speaker outside does not have the emblem, I guess no one recognize the Monitor Audios and ignore those crape looking speakers. And the ones who looked at it, know nothing about stereo, ... were shocked by the $200 asking price.

Until....the little guy came in the last 30 minutes.

Thanks for reporting back! I think you will enjoy those!
