Scott 375R...any info?

Jailtime

Standin' on a corner
One of my friends has an unused Scott 375R receiver (I think that's the model number). I haven't seen it, but I've heard vintage Scott gear is OK. How old is it, and what are its specs? I'll get some pics of it if I go see it and give it a listen.

Close as I can get is the 370R from 1977. If nothing else, it probably has a pretty good tuner!

Its not a 357 by chance? I saw one at a thrift, looked to be really nice build quality, but I couldn't find a thing about it either. looked to be an early solid state unit. Almost went for it, but the tuner didn't appear to pick up a thing, and I just don't have time for another fixer upper right now.

357 was considerably earlier (I have one of those, I think).
I think there was a 375R, probably a model year before or after the 370R I posted a crummy scan of.

I went and looked at it. It's 80's gear I think. It has a digital tuner display, and LED power meters. It's pretty heavy, seems like it's good quality, but not my thing. And it needs some TLC, it doesn't sound very good. It's definitely a 375R though.
