Scott 670D idlers !!!

Hi all,
I was about to change 2 belts on a Scott 670D when i discovered that some parts called « idlers » were completely destroyed.
So i have to replace them too.
I have the Service Manual of the 670D. But none information appear about those 2 idlers : size etc.

I write this down as it took me some time to take the exact measurement of the two rear idlers.

Rewind idler: 12.8mm OD pulley seat, original ID approx. 12mm, width 2.5mm max, height 2.5mm to 3.0mm
F. Forward idler: 19.5mm OD pulley seat, original ID approx 19mm, width 2.5mm max, height 2.5 to 3.0mm

Capstan belt length: 12cm doubled 4 to 5mm wide.

So, I have installed the following:
Rewind idler - 12mm ID, 2.5mm wide, 2.5mm high... fits but I believe barely, probably the ideal size could have been 11.5mm or 11.0 ID, 2.5mm wide 3.0mm high
F. Forward idler: had to order this one and since I've already tried a ring I am pretty confident a size that will fit is 18mm ID, 2.5mm wide, 2.8mm high

I will get there, eventually, and it will sound absolutely like new again. I am fixing and selling the unit, I've already installed something the new owner I believe will like, a very warm white LED light for the cassette well (2900°K) which will blend in nicely with the incandescent bulb lit VU meters. I've tested it already and it sounds pretty good for a machine of this age without touching a single pot or head alignment. I've extended all the wires going to the deck as I knew this could have happened and I know for sure now... this is a heck of a machine to work on, proper nightmare.

When I'll be done I will make sure the tape path is exactly spot on then I will make a precise azimuth alignment and finally re-tune every single pot on the machine.
