Seas '70's Mini kit crossover help

Hello everybody!

I recently came across a set of 70's era Seas speakers in mint condition, that made the Seas Mini Kit. The speakers are 5 TV-HF and 17 TV-WA. They seem like really nice, good sensitivity speakers and since i do enjoy my Dynacos i couldn't resist not buying them.

Since i'm stuck with'em now, i am thinking of making a pair of office near-field speakers, but can't find much info on them. I was wondering about the crossover. The Seas brochure says D046 crossover network, but i can't seem to find what that might be.

Cabinet-wise, i was thinking of a slightly scaled-down Dynaco A10.

If anyone has any advice, info or anything to share, please do!

A bit late to the party, but here it goes:

The Mini Kit has a very simple 1st order (6 dB/oct) crossover at 5 kHz, consisting of a single capacitor in series with the tweeter, and a coil in series with the woofer. I'm not sure about the actual coil value (probably in the area 0.3 - 0.4 mH for the 8 Ω filter), but I'm pretty sure the cap is 2.5 μF.

The 4 Ω version would have double the capacitance (5 μF), and half the coil inductance compared to the 8 Ω version.

This speaker kit was designed for a ~12 litre closed box. It has good sensitivity (91 dB/W), but rolls off early on the low end. Because of this range restriction, the marketing brouchures pointed out that the Mini Kit didn't satisfy the DIN HiFi norms of the era.
