Just finished up the 2nd amp, Lundahl 2785C OPT’s and Hammond 373BX PT’s , mirror image, the wood is Patagonia Rosewood

There’s a few changes to the original schematic, all directed by Paul, he’s the reason for my successful project

Have 3 matched sets of 300B tubes to compare, Psvane, JJ, and Gold Lions

Just and extremely enjoyable set of amps  still need to decide on feet, add some vintage knobs for the pots….

Here’s a few photos and additional detail….

Very, very nice! They look great in that room, too. I'm sure you know I follow Paul's work on the other site. He is really a master at this.

Very nice equipment! Those look like some old bakelite knobs? They look great on your amps.
The ST-70 looks out of place with all that wood though.
Im going to make wood wraps for my VTA M-125 mono blocks.
They don't look good with just wood side pieces.
Im thinking of doing the same for my VTA ST-70.

Thanks for the comments….

Edit: Yes old Bakelite knobs thanks to @Redboy and those are Dynaco MKIIIs under the ST 70, albeit modified

Yeah, the ST70 was probably my 2nd or 3rd tube amp project early on in my tube journey, and I’ve just left it as finished years ago…will probably make a nice case for it in the future but my next 2 projects take precedent right now.

First is a bespoke tube preamp probably with transformer volume control, and when I figure out which topology to build and what denotes “bespoke“ I’ll let everyone know :naughty:

Lower speaker stands for the Heathkit AS101s, which are actually case extension…

I’ve put off the speake stands because my design concept wasn’t clear or settled, that’s why they are currently sitting on Infinity RSMs
