Seth runs SoundstageDirect like all businesses should be run. Things might occasionally go awry, but it's how a mistake gets handled that separates the best from the rest.

I dealt with Seth on the phone this morning. I had a problem with my online order and he took care of it while I was on the phone with him. I had spoken with him the week before and after realizing one of my records was a pre-release, I decided to wait to order so that I wouldn't have to pay shipping twice. He asked me what I was ordering and he put them aside for me so they would be in stock when I ordered them. This was my first order with SSD, but it will not be my last. Seth is a class act.
