Please pardon this question as I'm sure it has been answered time and time again here on the forums. I recently added the 9500, and RG-1 to my setup and am pretty new at this (http://audiokarma.org/forums/index.php?threads/brand-new-here.702572/ 
) I had been trying to find some concrete information on how to run my cables to incorporate all the pieces and am somewhat confused. Ive read I should be using the 'jacks' where the jumpers are located on one thread, on another it is recommended to use the cassette tape jack, and another it says to use to the adaptor jack.
I think its just difficult for me to visualize how it would work. I have a Pioneer ELITE receiver for my multi-media which setting up was little more than plugging in a few HDMI cables... where-as looking at the back of all the hardware I am trying to hook up now, the only way I can think of it making it sense is >
From the SX-1050 I run the cables from the adaptor to the inputs on the SG-9500. Then from the outputs of the SG-9500 to the inputs on the RG-1. From the outputs from the RG-1, back to the inputs on the SX-1050. Is this correct? And then somehow when switching to use the TT, the system knows its suppose to run through that chain before going through the speakers? So again I'm thinking - SX-1050 Adaptor to SG-9500 to RG-1 back to SX-1050. Is it important where the equalizer is in the chain? Before or after the RG-1? And for what its worth this is powering a set of BOSE (i know... i know... Im NEW
) 301 Series IV that Ive had for a very long while.
The only other way I can think of just doesn't make sense as it would limit the equalizer and the rg-1 to only the turntable, being putting the TT at the end of the chain and then linking it directly into Phono-1.
Again, I do apologize for such a basic question.
