I looked around. The AU-D607X is a bottom/mid model from the Sixth Generation of 07 Series in 1984. It may be a Japanese model there seems was no US model of that. It came after the AU-D11 II and before the AU-G99X.

The AU-D707F was the AU-D9 equivalent.

I chose to pass on it for one reason. 100V Japanese domestic version. Now maybe it would have worked ok and there were 25 others wanting it badly. It was big and heavy and certainly not a low ender. It reeked Sansui class all over it but I said no. Maybe I was dummmmm. Someone got it tho and that's why it off the list. It had deep red rosewood sides and metal top cover. Strictly Japanese style. I saw them there in 85 or so. Never saw them like that in the states.
