Hey there, I have a Sherwood RA-1140 that I have had for quite a while which was kept in decent shape for quite some time and was my main driver up until today. Yesterday I had noticed some and popping noises from my speakers and headphones (when connected). Upon turning it on today it exhibited a loud hum and pulsating lights. I uncovered and did a quick one over on the caps, however, I do not possess a multimeter atm. Nothing seems to be amiss but upon further inspection, I have found that towards the front of the unit I hear a slight whine that comes and goes. Any ideas on what might be the issue? Any help is appreciated.
