Sherwood receiver S-7110 recap question

I’m currently working on Sherwood receiver S-7110 and want to recap it. Can somebody help me to identify the red small cap on the picture below? Based on schematic it should be an electrolytic cap C501a/b (3.3uF/16V) but it doesn’t look as a typical electrolytic cap. Can someone recognize it? Could it be a film cap? This receiver is not from original owner and someone else already w orked on it. So, I am not sure if this is the original cap.

Dipped tantalum. Replace with Nichicon KL-series electrolytic.
Also, one more question. Is there any difference between two electrolytic caps on the picture below? C506a/b (black, 1uF/50V) and C507a/b (blue, 10uF/16V). I don't have a parts list in the manual. So, do I need to use a low leakage cap for C506a/b? Thanks.

Low leakage electrolytic to replace the 3.3uF tantalum, primarily because film caps of that capacitance would be physically large and expensive and potentially act like antennae. One characteristic of tantalum capacitors is low DC leakage. For the 1uF, use a Wima or Panasonic film cap. The 10uF looks like nothing special, so Nichicon PM/PW/PS is what I would probably use there. UCC, Panasonic, Rubycon, Elna all make quality products that will work. I'm just primarily familiar with Nichicon's products.

I see. Thanks again!
