I just picked-up a Sherwood S-7100A stereo receiver out of a dumpster of a local repair shop. It's a nice simple receiver that sound very nice. The question I have is a problem that occurs on start-up, the left channel is complete garbage in stereo model. If you switch the stereo switch to mono the problem goes away. Also after a few minutes the problem goes away and the stereo function works perfectly. Any idea what it could be or where to start looking?
