Should I use this passive radiator?

I have a 2.0 PC speaker system, whose drivers have a diameter of 70mm (that's the diameter that actually moves, if that's of any use). Will the passive radiators shown below be suitable for these PC speakers? I've read elsewhere that a PR should have at least the same diameter as the driver, but one time I found a pair of PRs with a diameter of 3" and were labeled as "suitable for 2-5inch speakers", so that's why I'm a little confused. Any help would be really appreciated!Capture.PNG

I'm sitting in from of my computer and those PR's look exactly like the ones in my Logitech speakers. They are being pushed by a speaker of exactly the same diameter.
 
There's a specific way to design a passive radiator woofer system. Think of a passive radiator as a variation of a ported woofer. You'll need some specific parameters of your current woofer to determine it's suitability for use with a passive radiator. Here's a link to some pertinent information that will help.
