Yes, Kappa 8. In Poland I paid 1200 USD for this, price for Kappa 9 is 2700 USD. It's funny, because I listened both and it's not worth pay double.

After that I compared my renewed Kappa8 with my friend Kappa9 and now... for my ears my Kappa's are worth double money.

now I'm during change colours oak to tobacco and leave this set in another room.

In living room stay Kappa's, on poly caps sound stage ane dynamics are better ( before recapp sounds pure compared to RS )

Nice ! yes the 8’s are very good, we also have them and 9’s. I just got the Servo Control for the IRS Gammas so I’ll be posting soon, testing today. I sure wish you were closer so we could discuss a possible recap on my irs.

Anyway Congrats, beautiful work as usual ;).

Next month I should have IRS Gamma in my home. I will do recap in xovers. I can give you my experience with this. Few month ago I discovered very cheap but very good sounding poly cap. Sounds better than Mundorf Supreme ( Suprerme are one of the most balanced capacitors ). These black caps from Czech Republic are 20 x cheaper than Supreme !!! But sounds much fully. Low tones are greater and stronger, hi and mids have more air. If you have I can bay it few for test for you.
 
Took a different approach as I wanted to play sections of both favorites from the soundtrack. I started midway in Rey's Theme to catch its beautiful ending. Crank the gain as dynamic range in this 96/24 recording is wide. I was originally mistaken - the two that followed, however, are 192/24. The iPhone8 is capturing video and audio. Note how little the soundfield changes even when behind the speakers!

But, here is the final update for my speakers. I've decided to power the woofer separately. Because the different specifications in the drivers.
