Siliconix VM1013 VFET Power VMOS Transistor

I have a box of Siliconix VFETs model VM1013 Power VMOS transistors in a TO-3 package that I acquired back in the mid 80s.View attachment 2943060
I tried searching for the datasheet but could not find it.

My search did lead me to this forum which appears to have a great deal of interest in VFETs.

I don't know if this Siliconix VFET would work in an audio amplifier but I did verify that the pins match the Sony VFET is that is frequently discussed in this forum.
I tested one on a curve tracer and it was good. See below. The marker is on the curve for Vg=0.76v.


Does anyone know if these could be a potential substitute for the Sony VFETs?
What characteristic would I need to show on a curve tracer to compare with a Sony VFET?

Those are Fet ,,,NOT VFET ..More precisely VMOS some VMOS POWER FETS . Those MOSFETs have a V Shape junction

VFETS have a tube like set of curves ..VMOS fets are like any other fet you even showed in the curve tracer
