Silver Note tonearms

I have one that drops into my Lenco L75. It's the 512 model with a carbon fiber armtube. Excellent construction and it sounds great to my ear. Not to mention the price was a fraction of any comparable arm. I've been very pleased with my purchase!

My experience is limited with other tonearms or higher end setups, but it is leagues better than the stock arm on the Lenco.

My only bit of advice is that Mark, the gentleman who makes these arms, can sometimes be slow to respond. And always communicate with him via Facebook Messenger for fastest response.

Looks like the bastard child of an Origin Live Silver and a Funk Firm FXR lol. I don't care for the way the shell is attached as it doesn't damp the wand pipe. Looks flimsy too. That said, I haven't heard it so maybe it sounds great.

I never did get an arm in, well the one I had was opened by customs and banged to hell before they boxed it back up. I ended up returning it and decided to not have him send out another and risk it being damaged again. For what they sell for there appears to be a chance for good value. How good is the arm objectively? I have no idea.

It sounds good to my ears, but I don't know much better regarding true high end analog setups. For the $300 I spent a few years ago, it's hard to beat. Not to mention it dropped right into the Lenco I have. Nothing else in this price range.

The whole arm is not flimsy. It's very well built. the bearings seem quite heavy and well isolated. I'm pleased with Silver Note Tonearms since the price point allowed me to get rid of the dreadful stock Lenco arm. I would still recommend the product.
