Simple Fuse Question

I have a VPI HW-19 that blew its fuse. The fuse in question sits in the IEC inlet housing and is a 10A 250volt GMA style fuse. This is used in the USA so the voltage is 120ish. I can only find locally, 10A 125volt fuses or 6A 250volt ones. Any foreseeable problems with the 10A 125 volt ones? Or should I order the same amp/volt combo and pay more for shipping than for the fuses?
Thanks

Rat Shack should have the fuse you need, but I too am puzzled as to why a TT would have a 10A fuse...

Oops. HW-16.5. Thanks for catching that.

Rat Shack only has 10A 125V and less values or 6A 250V. No 10A 250V that was the original.

As long as the device is only connected to 120 V, the 125 V fuse is fine. Only if you wanted to use it in Europe or elsewhere, the 125 V fuse might fail spectacularly.

OK--so it is a vacuum RCM... not a TT... the 125V fuse should still work at the appropriate amperage 10A... just make sure it is a slow-blow and not a fast-blow fuse... but something took out the first one, so you have some investigating to do...
