I now have an Amazon Fire Stick with the Alexa voice remote. Comparing it to the Siri Remote on my Apple TV is a real education. I frequently get a rejoinder from Sire telling me "That's not nice" those of you using Siri know reason for that reply. I was curious if the old TV show "Sea Hunt" (1958-1961) staring Lloyd Bridges was available. I asked Alexa on the Firestick and no problem Sea Hunt was understood but Amazon does not have it. I turned to the Apple TV and asked Siri, what did I get, Sweetheart, free hot, Siri, Sorry, I'm not sure what you said, finally,,,,,"That's not nice"
Apple has 700 Billion dollars in the bank and they can't come up with a voice UI that works. I am interested in the Amazon Echo. I have been told the Google Assistant is even better at least in the voice UI department.

There is one case with the Amazon Echo that is interesting.Can't remember where but a little girl of I think of about 5 years of age was having a conversion her friend Alexa, and at one point during the conversation the child wished she had a doll house. Alexa ordered her one. It came in the mail 2 days later and this child's parents could not figure out why they got it, it was real fancy one. They called up Amazon and Amazon pulled up and using the parent's key accessed the encrypted recordings which Alexa uses to improve it's UI. They listened to their daughters conversation. To the parents credit they realized they had not configured their Echo correctly. They donated the doll house to a local children's oncology ward.
