SL-L1 speed issues

Picked up a clean Technics SL-L1 linear TT. The platter spins at 45+ rpm , 33-45 setting makes no difference. I opened it up and deoxit, no change. Looks like it may be circuitry issues.

Anybody else have one of these with speed issues?
