Hi, I am on my next project.. SL-Q6 tt. Does not start, I found by pressing the lid switch it works?

Does anyone have a picture of what the switch should look like? Also the in_out wheel? What does that do?

Here is mine:

Thanks for your help.

Hi, trying to figure out how it comes apart...I am use to regular tt repairs.

Something new to learn.

Thanks,

In/out wheel adjusts the auto drop point of the tonearm.

Mine was sluggish--turned out to be an old loose belt. A fresh rubber band solved the problem. I still don't like the tonearm-in-the-dust cover concept, but it's so compact and convenient, and sounds good, so I can't seem to part with it.

Good luck with the rehab, John.

Thanks, looks like the lid switch came apart and someone put it back together wrong?:scratch2:

That spring does nothing the way it sits?
