Recently purchased a dead Technics SL-QL1.
It's running like a dream now, but whoever I bought it from either didn't have or got rid of the original rubber mat, and replaced it with this now dried and warped felt mat.
For a time, I thought the manual disk diameter select that comes with the SL-QL1 was broken, but after removing the felt mat, it worked fine.
It seems covering the holes on the platter still overrides the manual selector for whatever reason. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could purchase a new rubber or leather mat with these holes punched in them?
I know I could probably do them myself, but with how busy my life has gotten lately, I'm more than happy to spend extra money to not have to worry about it myself.
