looking to upgrade my SL-1200MK2 slipmat. right now i have the Technics felt mat on there. i noticed KAB sells a Technics Super Mat for $20.00:
1/4" Thick Heavy Rubber. Dished Center And 45 RPM 7" divider. This is the heavy standard mat. Absolutely required for MK3 and MK5 For proper platter damping and for correct cartridge alignment. Weighs 17 Oz. For a different sonic perspective, try this mat upside down with the flat side up!
is this any good.
any other recommendations for around that price, i'm not looking to spend too much on one.
