Small Mirage 2-way info?

I have the 260's and 360's , call me crazy I like the 260's in my small room better . Mind you I can't turn it up but for low level listening they seem to a real steal so you did good , worth the refoam I would say . post back once you get a chance to listen , and take the grills off .:tresbon:

I just refoamed a set of the 260 bookshelves for a friend and they were mighty impressive on the test listen afterwards.

I'm pretty sure my friend is going to have a huge smile when he gets them home and hooked up...

I just passed on my set of the 260's to a guy , he was also mighty impressed with the sound from such a small speaker .

Like PSB, these were a product of the National Research Council in Ottawa. Few speaker companies in the world had access to such facilities and talent. No surprise they were good speakers. The imports could not even begin to compete in these price ranges, not their fault as they had to pay for their own R&D and then ship their product long distances. Bad exchange rates and duties just sealed the deal.
