SME 3009 tone arm weight problem

Hi there.
As you can see on the video, the back of the tonearm rotates freely.
In that way he can't hold a weight.
What to do?
(A piece of paper is just for demonstration. For better look at problem.) Thanx for any help.

All the service manuals are on Vinyl Engine for free downloads. It’s a trusted site, it may be of some help. :)

yes, use a droplet of crazy glue on both rubber couplers and slide the armtube stub over it. That's how a coupler swap is done on SME's. Be careful with the glue! Just a tiny droplet that won't drip all over.

The grommet must be glued by cyanoacrilate. I replaced it in my SME 3009 because it went rotten and the sub weight fell down over the top of the plinth. The replacement kit included the glue together with the new grommet.

Hi, you need to put glue in the grommet. I bought it in Home Depot (see the photos) and you will resolve your problem.

Ok, I did not realize that you are in Croatia. You need to find a glue that contains Cyanoacrylate for a better result. Good luck.
