If you're considering a re-grille of your speakers, don't be frightened. 
Just finished up a pair of Snell J original I versions, today. Mine had a few small holes and snags here and there (recently puchased them used). Thought the end result was very nice!
Glue and cloth were purchased from an ad banner / sponsor here on AK and I utilized a staple gun for just the corners. It wasn't a tricky process but I wanted the confidence in knowing that the corners would adhere securely. The glue residue you see in the pics was mostly from the factory as it seemed very generously spread.
There is a YT video on replacing grille cloth that is quite helpful. It's a very easy and straightforward job to do.
