Snell experts needed

Nice speakers.

Own a pair in Oak and yours look like mine.
They also came without jumpers when purchased years ago. Just put a copper wire across the space and use banana plugs.
Were missing the badge applique on the brown grilles. Found a pair of Snell speaker stands on CL, metal badges made it onto the grilles. Better looking then the original IMHO.

I drive them sufficiently with a Marantz 1070.

Have never recapped them just refoamed when purchased years ago.

You will be happy!

I had no problem making my own jumpers. I’ve done it for other speakers of mine. The issue was the seller not disclosing that fact in his listing. But it’s all good and yesterday he brought some nice ones over to replace the ones I made.

Have you ever looked into whether these are 4 or 8 ohms? Evidently the woofer is 4 ohms and I’ve now tried both ways and it doesn’t make a difference to my ears. But would like to know what Peter Snell’s intention was and haven’t been able to find an answer.
