Snell Type E Mk IV....what are they worth?

These are from an audio acquaintance of mine I've done some horse trading with over the years. I can probably get him down to $300-325 but have no idea what they've been fetching. I'm not out to flip and profit... just experience for a while then unload at break even price. I've seen Type E III's have been selling for around $300 but have no idea if the IV's are more desireable/valuable. Not much out there on 'em.

I don't know why but there was a pair listed on my local CL for months at $299 then $250.

I guess if you love them go $200.

I picked up a set of Model E IIs a while back just because AK'er Wntrmute2s' set sounded so sweet. I haven't addressed the refoam on them yet, but am looking forward to auditioning them. They sound really nice every time I've heard them over at Wntmute2s'

If they are in great shape and you like the sound, $300 is probably around what I thought I saw them sell for online, bid w/o shipping which would be $100+ or more.

In my neck of the woods I'd feel quite lucky to get $200 for a pair.
