Had a meathead moment today.
I was gifted some old albums and was flipping through them for the first time doing the "oh my gosh" thing and came across a James Brown & The Famous Flames - Try Me. It was well used with several scratches I thought would surely be audible. I did the paint pad/alcohol/drop of dish soap scrub and a rinse under the tap thing and wiped it try and put it on. Well it is very playable and I am very particular about that. Two clicks at the very beginning of the A side then it's quite listenable. Played it through and shelved it and subsequently noticed some green colour on the two white cloths I used to dry it.

I feel rather guilty for the marring.
