I got 4700 for my soverigns w/ S8R load without advertising!! That price is at or below market value. In that era that speakers were made I think 75% of americans smoked
 
Yikes, 50 years of smoke could be impossible to purge. There was lots of cool stuff at that estate. At least it should be easy to tell...

We passed on the purchase of a house we liked because I knew we would never get that smell out completely.
