I recently picked up a NAD 7030 with busted 2N3055's. While putting together a list of component replacements on Digi-Key, I came across the transistor by Solid State at substantially lower cost than the On Semiconductor version. Anyone have any experience with the the Solid State product? Thanks!!

Yeah, me either, but it is a US company based in NJ. Like many, they contract manufacturing in China. I came across them at Digikey looking for transistors. While there is a min purchase of 20 3055's, it comes in at under a buck per piece. 4 On Semis come in at almost $24. That's a big difference!! So I'm curious as to how they perform. Maybe if I come across a junker NAD I'll give them a shot.
