MCS 3560 cassette deck. The bottom (big) speaker cone on the right speaker when I use the cassette deck "breathes" in and out. This doesn't happen with the tuner or vinyl, even when I have the bass all the way up. The left speaker doesn't do this odd behavior and the speakers don't sound different from each other. The breathing in and out doesn't seem to necessarily follow the bass in a song, just a constant rhythm.
Also, FF and rewind do not work as far as I can tell.
Curious of recommendations of a technician to get this back in tip top shape?
