Adults REALLY set good examples for children by doing **** like this, inane "no-tolerance" policies, & other boneheaded actions.

When Lesko's father argued his daughter was exercising her right to free speech, Westerholm, who is named in the lawsuit, disagreed.

"I told Mr. Lesko, I said, well, freedom of speech doesn't allow you to yell fire in a crowd in a theater,"

This is the most obtuse statement I've heard in 2007.

""My response to Mr. Westerholm was, should you not deal with the boys that are out of control instead of the child that's quietly sitting in the back of the bus," John Lesko said in his 2004 deposition. "His exact response was, 'It's easier to deal with the girls.'"

It's like they are asking to be sued big time.

Where's the fargin' ACLU on this one?

I was afraid this was about NJ. Why did the bus driver single out the signers as trouble makers and not the "students (who) began to yell and shout?"

My point exactly.
