Hello, I was wondering if any of you guys could help me.

I have a sony STR-AV970x that will not output any sound. It will show the input on the on-screen EQ however the audio never seems to leave the system. Im willing to do pretty much whatever it takes to get this thing working again, and Im thinking it may just be a bad voltage regulator or a bad relay. Sound doesnt come out of the center output (RCA) or the spring terminals.Any ideas? Thanks!
