Sony gx99es HELP!!! Can’t reset equalizer presets

Hi so I have a Sony gx99es and I accidentally set most of my preset equalizer settings to flat and would like to know how I can restore it to the factory settings? I tried holding down the power button for 5 seconds but it didn’t seem to work. Thanks in advance

Sounds like its set to bypass or some kind equivalent.
I'd try running through all eq functions.
It's possible a chip froze in a position and it won't release.

Idk I went through them all it didn’t change anything I tried looking in the manual I don’t see anything where it says how to reset it… rip
