Sony HP-210A speed/pitch off

Hello everyone! I am new here and I am just trying to figure out what is going on. To make a very long story short, I bought a refurbished Sony HP 210A and now the problem I am having is the speed or the pitch is off in a very noticeable way. I have already tried to adjust the disc size, the speed dial (between 16, 33, 45 and 75). There are no visible dials or switches to change the pitch or maybe the speed? I was playing a record and it’s too fast and higher pitch than normal. If anyone has any idea how to help it would be so much appreciated.

Welcome to AK. Your Sony has a BSR changer and it very likely has old dried up grease that's preventing the mechanism from changing speeds when you move the speed selector lever. The only way to fix this is to remove the changer and clean off all the old grease from underneath.

This site is a good guide on how to clean and re-lube a BSR.

For the speed selector, you want to focus on the white pieces and the shaft with the spring around it in the below pic.
