Sony PS-LX700P turntable adaptation

Hi everyone! I recently found this turntable at a very good price at a garage sale, unfortunately it has a cable that is only compatible with very few amplifiers, I know very little about electronics, so I need to know if someone can tell me how I could adapt it for that this turntable can be compatible with any amplifier, I want to put phono audio outputs and 12v power, but the audio outputs do not have ground, could someone tell me what to connect and where? I will attach the service manual and photos of the equipment, I will be waiting for your answers!

It has a proprietary ribbon cable connector because it was only meant to be used as a part of a complete component system sold by Sony back in the day. They didn't have the rest of it at the garage sale?

Not sure how to adapt it for normal use -- I'm sure others here can chime in on whether it's possible and/or practical.

Good luck. It may be easier to track down the original components it was meant to be used with, and recreate the original system instead. Then just get a normal turntable for your main rig. It’s not like it’s a high end model or anything.
