Sony STR-7055 Radio crackling

Hello Guys,
a couple of days ago I picked up a very nice Sony STR-7055. I cleaned the controls, replaced all bulbs and did a full re-cap of the receiver. I also set the bias to the recommended 50mv and checked the DC offset.
And everything is working very well, sadly the radio has on one channel some really lound crackling and loud popping noises. After some time spend with ice spray, I narrowed it down to the MPX decoder IC. If I spray it with some ice spray the crackling goes absolutely nuts. So I think that the Ic is bad or is on its way out. The IC is the Sony specific CX-0431.
Sadly the IC is unobtanium so the only chance would be to buy a whole receiver, but I dont think that this is a good idea.
Does anyone have maybe a hit for me where to get one or what other IC I could use or what other options I have.
What I found is that the CX-0432 shlould be compatible with the CX-0431.
Thanks.
