Sony TA-2000 (TONE) Noise

Hello everyone, I have this preamp Sony 2000 and has a problem with the (TONE) to turn on the signal of a channel begins to sound a lot of noise, the rest of the pre amplifier works perfectly.
Internal cleaning was performed but the problem remains.
Does anyone have an idea how to repair?

If everything has been cleaned it's probably a transistor going noisy, but I'm not sure I understand, is it when the tone controls are engaged? Or just when you move a control?
