Sony TC-161 SD Cass. and Thorens TD 320 Mk II

I can get a Sony Stereo cassette deck model TC-161 SD and a Thorens Model TD 320 Mk II turntable. I also can get some JBL D315's for cheaps, are they any good? I have read many reviews and they were not much help. I was wondering what they're worth and if I should bother getting them. Thanks!!
