Sony TC-660 started smoking?

Got my first reel to reel yesterday at a yard sale for 70$, a Sony TC 660 which definitely wasn’t in too bad shape. Pretty clean and had a couple webs on it but the guy hooked it up for us and proved everything worked so snatched it up. Got home and plugged it in and was learning how to put a reel on there (if anybody has any instructions none of the YouTube videos helped). Twenty maybe thirty minutes pass and I smell something, look up and smoke is coming out the ports on the top (I had it standing up.). Unplugged it immediately and set it on the porch for the night. This morning I brang it out to the garage and opened it up. I found out what part had the smoke starting and beilive it’s only this part that’s smoking. I took off the metal casing of where the smoke came out of and there’s a couple different voltage numbers, as well as different other numbers such as DC0-3A and 441-225-11A and right below that 6FZ (not sure if they’re connected) and Japan below that. Also worth mentioning that the part had some water droplets on it like condensation although I didn’t get it in the picture. I’ll leave a bunch a pictures of the insides aswell as it fully assembled in an Imgur link. (P.S. if anyone has any PDF manuals for this model or something similar please let me know. Couldn’t find any digital versions.)
