Sony tps l2 defective microphone replacement ?

So I have a tps l2 that's almost completely working again but suddenly the microphone stopped working. The only thing it picks up is if I blow into it or if i tap the microphone. I measured the resistance over the wires and on the connection on the board but all seem to be fine. I assume the issue here is the actual microphone and if so is there a place where I can get a replacement ? Thanks!
