I'd definitely try one out before I sold it :)

I think I will do just that.Found a little info.Did some Google. Some guy wrote that it soiunded better than a Shure V15.I currently have a Shure V15 VxMR on the Sony PS-X75.I may try a runoff.Another guy said it was a 1980's entry level cart?ANd one sold on Audiogon last week.It had 20HRS on it and sold for $180.Have to see if anyone chimes in on this cart before I do anything.

Sony- XL33 phono cartridge not the XL33L

Figure-8 MC phono cartridge with elliptical diamond stylus mounted on rigid tempered aluminum cantilever, in 4-pin diecast aluminum headshell; response extended to35,000Hz
$100.00

XL-44L $180.00

Hope this helps!:music:

So,

I could not wait and hooked it up.Gotta tell you they sound shockingly great.Right out of the box with no breakin.I think I might be keeping these.See pics.Sony _PS-X75>Cambridge Audio 640P MC outs and Sony XL-33L.No stepup is needed despite low output.
