Sound Design Model 0746C

[Chris Lovrin]

I found a pair of Sound Design 0746C's for $20. They seem to be in good condition, but are these speakers worth picking up? I know nothing about them and neither does their owner. After a cursory google search, I was still left completely ignorant. Can anyone provide specs and or an opinion on them?

They are cheap, rack system speakers.
What speakers do you currently have?
If nothing, then maybe see if he'll take $10 as they are better than nothing. Maybe.

Not trying to be harsh, and if you are just starting out I suppose I've blown $20 in worse ways.
You are in a pretty good sized market (Minneapolis) and unless you have no budget you can do better with a few more $$ and a little patience.

Nahhhhh. Leave em, cheap rusted van stuff .

[swechsler]

Run away. Soundesign was the epitome of cheap crappy stereo equipment.

Your area is Minneapolis ? If so look for dlk speakers.
