Those are Speakerlab S500’s. Speakerlab built 10” poly woofer, 12” passive radiator, 4 1/2” audax/ polydax mid and the smaller version of the Foster leaf tweeter. Those were only around a couple of years... 81-82’ . Good sounding speaker just a lower price point than the Nestorovic S40’s and S50’s. Graebener, Snyder , and Nestorovic were still working at Speakerlab......The good old days....

Contact Paul Johnston at The Loudspeaker Store. Ex Speakerlab employee and up until they closed did all of their repair work. A walking encyclopedia of Speakerlab and Nestorovic. He will be able to get you correct surrounds. Do not get rid of those poly cones, just get them refoamed. The foster leafs are worth keeping too.. Paul has done both my 40’s and 2 sets of 50’s.....

That, frankly, IMHO, is one of the best small midrange drivers of all time- the Polydax 12P25FSM.
It's basically the little brother, of the famous Audax PR170M0- same construction, just in a smaller size (4" instead of 6.5").
It was one of the "fastest" midrange drivers of all time (acceleration factor of over 1000, where most drivers struggled to be over 500)- very quick transient response, very flat frequency response, very efficient for a small driver (94dB @ 1 watt). One of the best drivers for reproducing the range from 500-5000 Hz I've ever used.
I wish I could still buy them, new. I'd still use them!
