Soundsmith MCP2 MKII Vs. VPI Voyager Phono Preamps?

Hi All, I am currently deciding between the Soundsmith MCP2 MKII or the VPI Voyager Phono Preamps. My cart is Audiosmith MIMC Star SE and my TT is a VPI Prime Signature and the Amp is the VPI 299D Integrated Tube amp.
I am not sure which one will generate the best synergy and also which one you would choose regardless of the set up. Thanks!

Interesting. Thanks for the heads up. I have the opportunity to buy it at a discount or get the Soundsmith MCP2 and even if it changes, I am wondering which one will do the most justice to the cart.
