Southeast U.S. Marantz Tech

I am searching for a good vintage Marantz tech in the southeast area of U.S. I am in Birmingham, AL.

I have a SM-7 power amp that has a power output issue (operates at approx. half of the gain than was previously normal after a "pop" thru the speakers during moderate playback, judging by the volume and VU meter travel).

Also interested in discussing a restoration job for this amp.

Humbly asking again for any tech suggestions, except asking now without limiting to southeast (will consider shipping the amp).

There are a couple of shops in Birmingham area and several advertising in Atanta area, but I would feel better having some AK endorsement before taking the amp to a random shop.
