Speaker Cabinet ID?

Does anyone recognise these cabinets?
Trying to ID these speakers
(notice the forward grill bevel doesn't extend all the way round ... base of it is not there (see red circle). Grill slides down and out )
Drivers seem doped with dark clear coating.

Populated with English drivers (see pics) and mismatched tweets
Been looking all over but nothing matches.
Seem to be early/mid 70's, well made
They sound absolutely amazing so I am trying to restore to original..
